Story

Na protest proti odlesňovaniu podnikli domorodí obyvatelia z organizácie Združenie pôvodných obyvateľov Brazílie (APIB) symbolickú akciu. Priniesli jatobu z dažďového pralesa k bráne veľvyslanectva krajiny, ktorá má prísne pravidlá proti odlesňovaniu a žiadali pre tento strom štatút utečenca. Veľvyslanectvo jatobu prijalo a zasadilo vo svojich priestoroch. Domorodí obyvatelia používajú miazgu jatoby na liečenie.

Floating, roots covered in soil and cloth, balanced on a boat, on a truck, Floating, leaving, towards an arboretum perhaps, gates open, I enter what I left: condition incompatible with life (my life, and your life) a storm blowing from paradise, forest burning Around my roots look for my resin, my animé that will heal your lungs that will heal your bronchitis that will heal your inflammation what I left: the forest a war zone, condition incompatible with life The deep truths sedimented in our syntax[1], I carry some of the sediment around my roots The refugee tree, the first tree granted asylum
